Our Online Travel Surveys

Travel Plans are now being requested for most major applications and often are required as part of the submission rather than being restricted to a planning condition. Our experience in Travel Plans and their increasing demand has led to an expansion of our services on offer.

Singleton Clamp can prepare a Travel Plan for any type of development, whether it be for a small office development covering a dozen staff, a large residential scheme or a college which caters for 6,000 students.

We cater for all stages of the Travel Plan process starting with an Interim, which sets out the principles of what the Travel Plan will cover and how it will be administered. Our Full Travel Plans are usually prepared following occupation of a scheme and incorporate results of a travel survey, undertaken to assess the existing travel patterns.

Our online travel surveys offer a higher response rate than their paper equivalent and can be tailored to suit your organisation and the location in which it’s situated. With our email management system, we can even issue reminders to those who have yet to respond.

We also offer our services in the implementation of your Travel Plan, being able to produce quality promotional material, tailored to your site, as part of a Travel Information Pack. Our service as Travel Plan Co-ordinator also supports the ongoing monitoring of your Travel Plan over the specified period, again utilising the online travel surveys as a tool to measure the performance of your Travel Plan. Our GIS capabilities allow us to produce high quality and meaningful annual reports to submit to the Local Authority.
